English Training Program for Social and Tribal Welfare teachers
The English language training program organised by #Taralearningsolutions for #socialwelfare and #TribalWelfare school teachers has been an amazing and lasting experience for me as a Trainer.
I have had the privilege of working with 15 -20 Government school teachers from diverse backgrounds and cultures, each with their unique stories and experiences.
One of the most beautiful experiences I've had as an English language trainer is seeing the progress and growth of my adult learners. It was a delight to see progress in their language skills and become more confident in their abilities.
Over the years, I have found my work to be incredibly rewarding, as I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of language learning and the positive impact it can have on individuals' lives.
Learning a new language is not just about learning new words and grammar rules; it's also about understanding the culture and customs of the people who speak that language. By working with learners from different cultures, I've gained a deeper appreciation and understanding of the diversity and richness of human experience.
Another beautiful experience I've had as an English language trainer is seeing the connections that my learners make with one another. Language learning is often a social activity, and it's not uncommon for learners to form strong bonds and friendships with their classmates. Watching learners support and encourage one another, and seeing the sense of community that can develop in a language class, is truly heartwarming.
The teachers have been the real heroes in this program. They were the active learners who modeled the importance of lifelong learning. The teachers showed complete commitment to their own growth and development.
It was the faith #MrRonaldRose had in the teachers that helped the program to reach its zenith. I commend #MrRonaldRose's interest in providing teachers with professional development opportunities, in order to help them refine their instructional practices.
I'm grateful to #TLS for providing the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of my learners and to be a part of the wider community of language educators who share a passion for language learning and cultural exchange.
I am also happy to be part of an amazing team. Thank you #Fasihakader , #Deepa , #Smriti, #Annapoorni , #Shweta , #Pratima, #Harsha
Overall, my experience as a language trainer to #socialwelfare and #TribalWelfare school teachers has been beautiful, fulfilling, and incredibly rewarding. It's a privilege to help others achieve their language learning goals and to be a part of their journey of growth and transformation.
